We invite you to join the IVth edition of the Real Estate Due Diligence course in Poland!Real Estate Due Diligence assessment is the basis for deciding whether to purchase a property. It is a document without which real estate funds will not decide to purchase, and financial institutions will decline to provide financing for the transaction. The analysis constitutes the most extensive possible description of a property, comprising the following sections: economic, legal, tax, financial, technical and environmental. Teams are usually in charge of each section, thus even up to several dozen persons participate in the process of developing a professional Due Diligence. In the current time, when so much is happening on the real estate market, detailed knowledge of the Due Diligence report, ability to prepare and read the same, is very important from the perspective of purchaser of the property, its vendor, as well as of every firm engaged in the acquisition/sale process. Until recently, Due Diligence had been developed mainly at purchaser’s order. Now the document also becomes very relevant for real estate owners, who are contemplating their sale. By holding such document, they are capable of preparing themselves to the sale process much in advance, and of improving and developing the elements that could eventually provide purchaser the grounds to negotiate terms and price of property in the future. The purpose of the training is to present the scope and specific features of the development of Commercial Real Estate Due Diligence, and to acquire ability to read the document.During the course you will take advantage of expertise, guidelines and case studies presented by professionals highly skilled in preparing various such real estate analyses and reports.
